Automation of timetable

In addition to the original kcs-bellringer in use with approximately 800 schools we recently introduced a “Bluetooth” management version. Times from the timetable can be entered on a “Android” cell phone using a free app. Times are then stored in the device and only need to be accessed if it should be necessary to change the timetable.

The original Kcs-Bellringer carries the same function plus it is more convenient when timetables exceed the more common 5-day cycle.

Upgrades & Conversions

KCS is clearly focused  on the South African schools. As of 2020 we have in the region of 800 state and private schools using our systems. Concerning the primary schools, we offer a unique solution for those with foundation phase whereby we can address 2 sets of timetables separately using the same system. Of course we are in a position to provide client refrences where that may be needed.

Quality system

KCS is an approved “Gold certified” installer and supplier for the “Microsound” intercom systems. We carry a range of spares and are fully equipped not only to supply and install, but also to provide quality maintenance and repairs should that be needed.

We are also manufacturers in our own right, many of the items offered by KCS are fully designed and manufactured “in house” specifically for the school time management needs.
